Stitch Fix #12- It Just Keeps Getting Better!

It is no surprise by now that I love Stitch Fix and this Fix marked our one year together! Maybe it's my Spring fever kicking in but I was itching for this month's Fix. Or maybe it is the lack of Spring attire in my closet, but either way this Fix did not disappoint. From the moment I sneaked a peek through my Stitch Fix App to the moment it arrived I knew this Fix was full of lots of fun (much needed) pieces.

I cannot rave enough about how much I appreciate my stylist's attention to detail. She is always reading my notes and looking at my Pinterest board to pick out each piece. And she did this all while traveling the world, to say I am jealous would be an understatement! This month I was looking for work- friendly and travel-friendly pieces, and she definitely delivered. From comfy cardigans to leopard clutches it was a Fix full of perfect pieces.

Before we get started on March's Fix I am sharing my 3 easy steps to get your first Stitch Fix - if you have any questions feel free to ask!

1. Stylist Notes- This is the most important part of Stitch Fix because this is how you communicate with your stylist. I always tell my stylist about any upcoming events I have or specific items I am wanting to try. Pinterest is another great way to show your stylist what items you may be interested in.

2. Order Your First Fix- You can order your Stitch Fix every week, every month, or every year! Just fill out when and how often you would like your Fix delivered. For each Fix there is a $20 Styling Fee but you can use that $20 as a credit towards any purchase. So I recommend keeping at least one item or you are essentially throwing away $20, and nobody wants to do that!

3. Decisions, Decisions... - Now you have your Stitch Fix and you are dying to see what is inside. What 5 exciting pieces are in that box? My tip is try it all on because you may fall in love after all! Trust me, I have done this plenty of times. You have 3 days to choose what to keep and send back. The items you want to return are placed in the (included) pre-labeled UPS bag and put in your mailbox. All that's left is to login to your account to tell your stylist what you kept or returned and why.

Feel free to Pin any of these images for your stylist. This month I have a pieces I am undecided on so let me know your thoughts in the comments. Let's get started on March's Stitch Fix!

Central Park West Bonay Fringe Cardigan (Undecided): At first I wasn't too excited about this cardigan but once it arrived and I tried it on, it was a different story. My stylist recommended this piece for travel and I see why. This cardigan is super soft and just drapes around you like a blanket. So what's the hold up? I already own a handful of cardigans and the price tag is over $100, so I am on the fence.

Mia Bryce Lace Up Flats (Undecided):  These little babies are definitely out of my comfort zone but I think that is what I love about them. I have been wanting to try lace up flats and the snake skin print on these are so cute. My only hesitation is they are a little outside my comfort zone, so they may be hid away in my closet more than out and about..

Juno Calf Hair Clutch (Returned): It's no secret that I love animal print! It makes feel so edgy and a little wild when I wear it. Lately I have been on the hunt for a leopard print clutch but this was not the one for me sadly.

Liverpool William Straight Leg Trouser (Kept): I am always on the hunt for work pants, especially ones that I can wear with flats or heels. At first I was a little hesitant about the navy blue color but after I tried them on with one or two a lot of different blouses I knew they were a keeper. They fit perfectly and are easy to wear, what else can a girl ask for.

Daniel Rainn Jennipher Peplum Blouse (Kept): Saving the best for last! I was beyond excited to see this top in my Fix because I am loving peplum blouses right now. They are so girly! I wish the pictures did this blouse justice because it is perfection. Everything from the crocheting around the neck to the sheer boucle fabric just screams Spring. This top will be worn quite a bit, and hopefully no spills on this pretty little number.

While I am still undecided on the first two pieces, overall this Fix was one of the best so far. I cannot believe I am already a year into Stitch Fix, but based on my last few Fixes it proves that this service only gets better with time.

In case you missed last month's Stitch Fix it was Spring Fever in a Fix

  3. Great fix and beautiful photos! I really like those lace-up shoes on you! They'd be out of my comfort zone too, but I'm learning that's the best part of Stitch Fix for me. I really like the Daniel Rainn blouse too, it's super cute on you! Happy 1 year with Stitch Fix :)

    1. Thank you!! My Instagram husband is getting very skilled. The blouse is definitely my favorite but the shoes went back :( I knew they wouldn't get the love they deserved.
